Service Restored on 3/16 at 3:25 am: Microsoft has completed mitigation for the affected Microsoft 365 services, and can confirm that most of these services have recovered.

Issue updated on 3/15/21 at 7:50 pm: Some service issues have been resolved but there may still be some issues with serices as work is done to resolve the root cause. We're continuing to take actions to mitigate the remaining impact for all Microsoft 365 services. Users will see impact resolution as the mitigation acts are completed. 

Issue reported on 3/15/21 at 3:20 pm: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft services.

User impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 services, including the Service Health Dashboard.

More info: Any service that leverages Azure Active Directory (AAD) may be affected. This includes but is not limited to Microsoft Teams, Forms, Exchange Online, Intune and Yammer.

Current status: We are currently rolling out a mitigation worldwide. Customers should begin seeing recovery at this time, and we anticipate full remediation within 60 minutes
