Microsoft Bookings

Features

Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling tool integrated into Microsoft 365 that provides a faster alternative to time-consuming and repetitive scheduling tasks. Specify services and customize appointment details and booking requirements to streamline the booking experience.

Integration with your Microsoft 365 calendar helps to quickly find available time to avoid double-booking, and an easy-to-navigate webpage lets your constituents find and book appointments around the clock. Bookings helps you spend less time scheduling and more time meeting.

Personal bookings

Personal bookings (a.k.a., Bookings with me) is used to manage your appointment timeslots and allow individual users to schedule one-on-one meetings with you.

Shared bookings

Shared bookings (a.k.a., Bookings) is used to manage appointment timeslots for multiple people. Use shared bookings to assign your staff to services, block off times for vacation and sick time, and create blocks of available times for each type of service you offer.
