Service Restored 8:48 AM 9/24/18: The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure issues are now resolved. OIT Labs liasons have been informed  and the OIT labs team will be monitoriing the situation this morning.
Issue Updated at 6:50 a.m. on 9/24/18: The problem with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) that is affecting a number of OIT computer labs persists. OIT is working with VMWare to restore the service. OIT staff will be contacting our liaisons in these locations to make sure they are aware:

  • ARC 310
  • ECON 6
  • ECON 7
  • HUMN 1B45
  • Libraries (Norlin, Music, Business, Earth Sciences, E303)
  • KOBL 100B
  • KOBL 200
  • KOBL 320
  • MATH 217
  • RL6 W179
  • STAD 217
  • WOLF Law Library
  • BYOD Deployments: Biotech

Issue Reported at 5:55 p.m. on 9/23/18: There is a problem with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) affecting a number of OIT computer labs. The clients are being presented with the following error: "The desktop sources for the desktop are not responding". OIT is investigating the issue. More information will be posted when available.

    • RL6
