UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications that will make services unavailable in two phases from 6 a.m. on Saturday, February 17 to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 18. During this time Campus Solutions, the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and many of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable. Please note that some services that can be accessed via deep links in MyCUInfo, will still be available during the maintenance (e.g. Canvas and D2L courses). More information about service impact is provided below under Impact.
During Phase 1 of the maintenance, which will take place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m on Saturday, February 17, the following services will be unavailable:
Please note that while the portal is unavailable, you can still access your courses in Canvas at https://canvas.colorado.edu/, courses in D2L at https://learn.colorado.edu/, and courses in Lynda at https://lynda.colorado.edu/.
During Phase 2 of the maintenance, which will take place from 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 17 to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 17, the following services will be unavailable:
If you encounter errors in HCM applications following the maintenance, clearing your browser cache often resolves the issues.
