Service Restored 8:41 p.m.: The course email rosters service (@rosters.colorado.edu) has been restored. If you were impacted by this issue, please refer to the guidance below.

Messages sent between 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 21 and 3:04 p.m. Monday, April 24

If you did not receive a copy of the email you sent, you will need to resend your message(s). These messages should be available to you in your sent items folder.

Messages sent after 3:04 p.m. Monday, April 24

Messages sent to course email roster lists after 3:04 p.m. were held until the issue was fixed. Once we restored the service, the messages were successfully sent.

We recognize this is a very important time of the semester and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.


Issue Updated 3:43 p.m.: Messages sent to course email roster lists (@rosters.colorado.edu) continue to experience issues. OIT is working to restore the service. If you sent a message to a course email roster list (@rosters.colorado.edu) and received a copy of the message, it successfully sent. If you sent a message and did not get a copy, it was not delivered.

Messages sent after 3:04 p.m. today
As of 3:04 p.m. today, all messages sent to course email roster lists (@rosters.colorado.edu) will be held until the issue is fixed. Messages will be sent out once we confirm the service is fully functioning. This will result in a delay in message delivery, but emails will not be lost.

Issue Updated 12:10 p.m.: We reported that the service was restored at 12:10 p.m., however, users of the service continued to experience issues. Here is the original message that was posted: The Course Email Roster service has been restored, but messages sent via this service since 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 21 have not been delivered. Instructors should now be able to go into their sent items folder and resend any course email roster emails that were needing to be sent during this time.

Issue Updated 11:43 a.m.: Messages sent via course email rosters since 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 21 have not been delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience and OIT is working to resolve. Once the service is restored, instructors will be able to go into their sent items and resend. Updates will be posted here as they become available.

Issue Reported 9:49 am: The Course Email Roster service is down. No ETA at this time, OIT is investigating. This does not impact the D2L class email function. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
