Service Restored 3:58 p.m.: The issue with Kaltura playback has been resolved and users can now access videos again.
Issue Reported 2:56 p.m.: There is currently an issue with Kaltura videos. When users attempt a video playback, a pop up message indicating the API is configured incorrectly appears. This issue is also impacting other institutions. OIT is engaged with the vendor and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
