Service Restored by 11:28 a.m.: The Mediasite/D2L download issue is resolved. Students in Be Boulder Anywhere (BBA) courses can now download recorded content from their D2L course.
Service Issue Reported at 9:29 a.m.: There are reports of Distance Learning Students (DLS) being unable to download recorded Mediasite content via Desire2Learn integration. This is currently only impacting Be Boulder Anywhere (BBA) courses. If the student downloaded the material previously, they can still playback the content. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
