Service Restored 12:02 p.m.: Qualtrics has reported the issue has been resolved. All users should have full, normal functionality in their accounts now. Qualtrics confirmed this issue caused the inability to log in, upload files, send emails, and see error messages. The School of Education instance was also impacted.

Issue Reported 11:31 a.m.: Qualtrics has reported they are having issues with one of their data centers which is effecting both the CU Boulder instance of Qualtrics and the LEEDs school of business of Qualtrics. Users are receiving intermittent error messages. The application may freeze and users may not be able to refresh. No data will be lost.

OIT is in the process of getting information about how this impacts the other instances of Qualtrics that exist on the Boulder campus. The vendor is engaged and working to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
