Service Restored at 5:01 p.m., Nov. 2: OIT has addressed the issue and almost all OIT computer labs and bring your own device deployments are functioning as normal. OIT is still working on environments in KOBL 200 and KOBL 320, but those should be resolved soon. 

Issue updated at 12:35 p.m., Nov. 2: The OIT computer labs and BYOD deployments listed below are still unavailable due to certificate issues. OIT is working to restore services in these labs and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Issue updated at 9:06 p.m., Nov. 1: The service issue with OIT virtualized labs and BYOD deployments is on-going. We anticipate that service will be restored tomorrow, Monday November 2. See below for impacted labs and deployments.

Issue reported at 7:06 p.m., Nov. 1: Many OIT computer labs and bring your own device deployments are currently experiencing an issue. Users logging into virtualized lab computers are unable to generate a desktop. Those who started using a lab computer before the issue began are not impacted. We are working on restoring the service. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
