Service Restored by 2:52 p.m.: The campus DirSync process is fully functional again and Active Directory syncs are completing in a normal timeframe. As a result, Office 365 account changes are now possible; however, OIT will continue to monitor the syncing process.

Service Issue Reported at 11:25 a.m.: The campus directory sync process, known as DirSync, is currently operating so slowly that it is impacting sync changes from the campus Active Directory to Microsoft Office 365. This is resulting in the inability to make account changes (e.g. create new accounts, change display names, change passwords, etc.) in Office 365. Microsoft has been made aware of this issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
