Service Restored 10:10 a.m.: D2L has indicated that infrastructure issues are resolved. Users can now access the environment without performance issues. 

Service Issue Update 7:45 a.m.: The vendor has issued a workaround and indicated D2L is stable; however, users may experience performance issues until the issue is fully resolved.

Service Issue Update 9:59 p.m.: The D2L vendor has identified the problem as a storage issue and is working on a resolution. The vendor has confirmed there is currently no risk of data loss and will continue to monitor closely. 

Service Issue Update 7:43 p.m.: D2L vendor has reported they are experiencing the same issue as earlier today and are working to resolve. More information will posted here as it becomes available. 

Service Restored 6:09 p.m.: The vendor has addressed and resolved the issue. Desire2Learn is operating as normal. They will continue to monitor the service. 

Service Issue Update 5:04 p.m.:  The D2L vendor continues to work towards a resolution. More information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

Service Issue Update 12:04 p.m.: The Desire2Learn vendor has confirmed that an infrastructure event is impacting D2L's site performance and users may be experiencing issues logging in and/or performance issues while navigating the site. They are currently working to resolve.

Issue Reported 11:10 a.m.: OIT has been notified of a Desire2Learn (D2L) performance issue where users may experience system slowness. OIT has engaged the D2L vendor and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
