Service Restored 12:19 p.m.: The engineering team has resolved the issue and all users can now connect to Zoom Web Conferencing service.
Issue Reported 11:26 a.m.: Zoom Web Conferencing is currently experiencing connection issues. Users are unable to connect to the West coast Cloud Room Connector (162.255.37.11). This impacts people who use a hardware video conferencing unit to connect with a Zoom meeting. While our vendor is working to resolve, they recommend using the East coast IP address of 162.255.36.11.
