Service Restored at 4:57 p.m.: The Enterprise Database issue was resolved and Gmail is available. We apologize for the delay in communicating this update. 

Service Issue Updated 4:05 p.m.: OIT believes the inability to log in to some CU Boulder Gmail accounts is due to the ongoing Enterprise Database issue. Since the Enterprise Database is experiencing issues, new CU Boulder Gmail accounts or password changes are not being pushed to Google. Once the Enterprise Database service is restored, those who recently changed their password should be able to log in to their Gmail account.

Service Issue Reported 2:25 p.m.: The IT Service Center is receiving calls from CU Boulder Gmail account owners who cannot log in to their accounts. OIT is investigating this issue and more information will be reported here as it becomes available.
