Service Restored 11:05 a.m.: The Qualtrics technical issue has been resolved and users are able to access the service.
Issue Reported 10:48 a.m.: Qualtrics online survey tool is currently experiencing a technical issue. Users are receiving an error message when attempting to access the site. OIT is working closely with vendor to address the issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
