Service Restored 4:32 p.m.: Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) services have been restored. 

Issue Reported 10:21 a.m.: There are reports that Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) services are down throughout campus. Students report getting the following error: Pharos server error, the user account pharos could not be logged into. Contact Server Administrator to unlock account. Also customer's report getting a "failed to connect to CU, port 80 connection timed out". OIT is investigating the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
