Service Restored at 8:41 p.m.: VPN has been restored. In preparation for the Data Center outage, some systems were shut down which resulted in failed VPN login attempts for some users. The team did not anticipate failing to occur with this shut down and have made necessary steps to ensure it does not occur in the future.
Issue Reported at 6:20 p.m.: Users may have had a intermittent experience with VPN recently due to some maintenance. Custom VPN's were not impacted.
