Service Restored 10:00 a.m.: OIT issued a change that will allow double the amount of users to access VPN. 

Service Update 3:08 p.m.: Due to the popularity of the service, VPN became overloaded and new users were unable to connect. Users that have been idle for more than fours hours have been logged out to allow access for other users. Tomorrow morning, OIT will be issuing a change that will allow more people to utilize the service at one time. 

Service Issue Reported 1:41 p.m.: OIT is receiving reports that users are getting an error message when attempting to securely connect via Cisco Any Connect VPN. This issue is impacting Mac, Android and Windows users. OIT is working to identify the problem. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
