Service Restored 10:51 a.m.: We believe all Mac Outlook programs are now able to connect to the campus Microsoft Exchange service. If you continue to have problems connecting to the Exchange service, please contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone).

Issue Reported 8:25 a.m.: The IT Service Center is receiving reports from some Mac users who are unable to access their Exchange email account. If you are unable to connect to your account through Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail, we suggest trying to connect via the Web App at https://exchangeweb.colorado.edu/owa. OIT is investigating and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
