Description

Maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make the ISIS (Student Information System) unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services below), on Sunday, January 4 from 6:00 a.m. to noon. 

Impact

The components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS), Concur Travel & Expense, CU Marketplace, cutransfer.cu.edu, Singularity Document Management System, Integration Gateway, ISSM (fsaAtlas), Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Skillsoft, PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable during the 6-hour maintenance window. 

PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance, COGNOS, and My.Leave will remain available through direct access from maintenance pages only.

Also, the Enterprise Directory update will likely be paused until after maintenance has been completed, possibly causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys, account provisioning, and downstream data feeds.
