Description
OIT will be upgrading the data center firewall in the Computing Center with the latest software the morning of October 29, from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Because the work being performed should allow the system to remain up during the upgrade, no service impacts are expected; however, if issues are encountered during the maintenance, services that live behind the firewall (outlined in the "Affected Services" section below) could be unavailable for up to 10 minutes.

Affected Services
The following services could be affected if unexpected issues are encountered during the data center firewall upgrade: CU Clicker Registration, CULink, CUPD photo lookup, Exchange, Google Search, IDM, Mobile Apps, Northstar, Outgoing mail routing, Rosters, Shib, WWW Legacy, WWW-NG and services requiring authentication including Cuservices.colorado.edu, D2L, Hippo, UIS portals and more.For More Information
