Service Restored: The OIT Networking team worked with owners of personal WiFi access points to remove them and decrease interference. OIT will continue to monitor the situation and work with owners of personal WiFi access points as is necessary.
Service Issue Updated: The OIT Networking team discovered multiple personal WiFi access points were causing the degradation of wireless service in the Bear Creek Apartments. OIT is working with owners of these access points to remove them.
Service Issue Reported: The IT Service Center is receiving multiple reports of degraded wireless service in the Bear Creek Apartments. The OIT Networking team is investigating and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
