Service Restored by 8:22 am: The CU Boulder voicemail service has been restored. Users are now able to hear prompts for entering their extension and password.
Issue Reported at 7:15 am: The CU Boulder voicemail system is currently experiencing a problem. At this time, customers are not able to log into the voicemail system to retrieve messages. The vendor has been engaged as we try to restore the service. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
Impact
Voicemail messages cannot be retrieved.
