Service Restored 8/19/14, 1:45 pm: Both driver and mobile printing services are working on all print queues.

Update 8/16/14, 9:56 pm: The server upgrade is complete and printing in the labs is available; however, mobile printing is not expected to be available until noon on Sunday.

Update 8/16/14, 8:30 pm: The Xerox server upgrade will require additional time. The upgrade is now expected to be completed by noon on Sunday.

Update 8/16/14: The Xerox Pharos server upgrade needs additional time. It is now scheduled to end at 8 p.m.

Posted 8/11/14: The campus student printing and scanning service will be unavailable from 5 pm on Friday, August 15 to noon on Saturday, August 16 while the Xerox Pharos server is upgraded to a newer version of the Pharos software.

Impact

Printing and scanning will be unavailable via both the mobile print service and traditional driver printing in the labs until the upgrade is completed on Saturday.
