Service Restored: The auto attendant functionality has been restored.

Issue Reported: Campus call centers that have auto attendants are currently experiencing call routing problems. OIT’s Voice Services group is currently moving the affected call centers back to Avaya programming and contacting each call center as this is performed. It is expected that this action will correct all call routing. More information will be provided here as it becomes available.
