Service Restored at 3:00 p.m.: UIS has identified and corrected the problem. Login functionality for affected customers has been restored.

Issue updated at 11:50 a.m.: At this time UIS has identified approximately 160 customers who have experienced an error when attempting to log in to MyCUInfo. A work around is currently being applied for these affected customers. Issue reported at 8:35 a.m.: Some customers on the CU Boulder campus are encountering an error when trying to log in to the MyCUInfo portal. University Information Systems (UIS) is investigating this issue. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
