Description

Monthly maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make unavailable the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals, and Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS) starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 26. All other enterprise systems (see Affected Services for complete list) will be unavailable starting at 4 a.m. on Sunday, July 27. All services are expected to be online by 6 p.m. Sunday, July 27.

Impact

From 6 p.m Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday: MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals and Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS) will be unavailable. From 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday: Components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Singularity Document Management System, Concur, CU Marketplace, Peoplesoft HRMS and Finance, COGNOS, Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), and Leave will be unavailable. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will be paused until after maintenance has been completed, possibly causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys and updating the data available to downstream data feeds.
