Description
The campus ServiceNow IT service management tool will undergo an upgrade on Friday, July 18 making the service unavailable from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This upgrade will allow a number of enhancements to the service including a new mobile interface and self-service functionality.
Impact
During the two-hour maintenance window ServiceNow will be unavailable.
