Description
Service restored at 5:30 p.m.: Replacement of a fiber card in a core router appears to have returned network connectivity to normal. OIT will continue to monitor, but at this time the service is being reported as restored.
Service issue reported at 10:45 a.m.: OIT is investigating reports of network slowness and connectivity issues stemming from packet loss. Updates will be reported here as more information regarding the root cause of these networking issues is discovered.
