Service Restored on Nov. 6 at 7:30 a.m.: The data-related issues affecting some OEPs' has been addressed. As a result, OEPs should no longer experience issues with software downloads from cuservices.colorado.edu, the Large File Transfer Service, receipt of Service Alert emails or the online campus directory.

Service Issue Updated on Nov. 5 at 10:50 a.m.:  The data-related issues may be affecting some OEP users' ability to receive service alert emails. OIT continues to investigate the situation, and we will post updates here as more information is available.

Service Issue Updated on Nov. 5 at 10:20 a.m.:  The data-related technical issues are also affecting OEPs' ability to download antivirus, Apple and Microsoft Campus Agreement software from cuservices.colorado.edu, as well as to use Large File Transfer service at filetransfer.colorado.edu. OIT continues to investigate the situation, and we will post updates here as more information is available.

Service Issue Reported on Nov. 5 at 9:45 a.m.:  Due to data-related technical issues, individuals with "Officer/Exempt Professional" (OEP) job status are experiencing some difficulties accessing certain campus systems. For example, OEPs may not be able to be able to download software such as Apple and Microsoft Campus Agreement from the cuservices.colorado.edu website. In addition, OEP listings within the online campus directory are currently unavailable. This issue is not affecting email access. OIT is investigating the situation, and we will post updates here as more information is available.
