- Register your portable devices in the CU Boulder laptop anti-theft registration program. Registering your devices can help prevent theft and assist in recovering your device if it is lost or stolen. Just bring your device to the Technology Learning Center or Norlin Commons Help Desk.
- Get free or reduced-price software like Microsoft Office and academic software like AutoCAD and Mathematica.
- Install campus-recommended antivirus on your new devices.
- Install CU Boulder’s VPN so you can connect to the campus network and access restricted campus resources when you’re off campus.
