In alignment with much of campus, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) will provide limited support December 28 - 31. While the IT Service Center and Buff Techs desktop support service will have a reduced staff on hand to provide basic support services during this timeframe, OIT will be available only to assure that critical services remain operational during this period. Support cases that cannot be resolved by IT Service Center or Buff Techs will be addressed starting January 4.
The IT Service Center and Buff Techs desktop support services will be available during the following hours:
IT Service Center hours
- December 14 - January 13
- 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
- December 31
- 8 am - noon
- January 14 regular hours resume
- 7:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
Please note: the IT Service Center will be open from noon to 6 pm on January 16 and 17 (Saturday and Sunday).
Buff Techs hours
- 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (regular hours)
- December 31
- 8 am - noon
Please note: the campus will be closed Thursday and Friday, December 24 and 25, as well as on Friday, January 1.
