Maintain consistency: use existing CU Boulder supported IT tools

A message from Larry Levine, Associate Vice Chancellor for IT and CIO

During this time of substantial change, with online classes, work-from-home and everyone's heightened sense of alert, faculty and staff, and especially students, need a cohesive, unified experience.

With that in mind, I strongly recommend that faculty and staff utilize existing supported tools. A proliferation of new tools without sufficient support, regardless of how any individual may perceive their own needs and opportunities, will further disrupt the community task at hand.

We are not considering new products during the Coronavirus response period. I ask you to refrain from vendor solicitations at this time. It adds further confusion and strain for our students, faculty and staff during an already turbulent time.
