Starting Monday, August 24, the IT Service Center will be open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. We are extending hours to accommodate CU Boulder’s new course schedule and better support the campus community during the fall 2020 semester.
In addition to these extended hours, the IT Service Center will be open Saturday, August 22, and Sunday, August 23 from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Call-in at 303-735-4357 and support via email at oithelp@colorado.edu: Monday- Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Callers may experience longer wait times for the first couple weeks of the semester. OIT recommends sending an email for support when possible. Emails are responded to within two business days.
