Increase Interaction with CUClickers & iClicker

Submitted by stauffeg on

Are you thinking of ways to make your lectures more interactive? Have you wondered how to confirm whether your students are learning what you’re teaching? OIT is offering training for setting up and using iClicker in the classroom. Topics will include download and installation, configuration with learning management systems, grading, and writing iClicker questions to effectively engage the class.

The CUClickers service now integrates seamlessly with your Canvas course, too. We’ll spend plenty of time setting up your integration with Canvas so you can easily download rosters, upload grades, and keep your Canvas grade book current. Training will also be offered for Desire2Learn (D2L).

Space in the training sessions is limited, so please register early. You should bring a laptop because these are hands-on trainings and make sure it has a standard USB plug on it, or a way to adapt to one. Also, if you’re using D2L or Canvas, please make sure to set up your course in advance of the training. Finally, if you have any questions, please reach out to Rob Leary at leary@colorado.edu.
