Students Can Now Purchase Adobe Creative Cloud for Less

Submitted by stauffeg on

Great news for CU Boulder students who use Adobe software! Students can now purchase Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) through the university and get it for the same great price as faculty and staff—$95 per year!

How to Order Creative Cloud

Thanks to a recently negotiated campus enterprise license, students are now, for the first time, able to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud at the same reduced prices offered to faculty and staff. The licenses will be good for the duration of the university’s fiscal year which runs from July 1 to June 30.

For those who already purchased a subscription at Adobe.com, Adobe will allow subscription cancellations for no fee or penalty. Before you cancel your subscription with Adobe, we suggest purchasing a new license through the university to assure no gap in access to the software. After purchasing through the university, contact Adobe support and mention that you are a student or employee at the University of Colorado Boulder, and that you are provided Adobe Creative Cloud by the university.

Through the full suite of Adobe CC products, students, faculty, and staff members have access to a host of creative tools for digital imaging, design, web, and video, as well as online services including free storage for files. Adobe apps are also available on computers in many of CU Boulder’s computing labs.

When logging in to Adobe products, whether they are installed on your own computer or for managed devices you use such as those found in campus computer labs, you must now use your CU Boulder IdentiKey to log in.
