Spirion has been decommissioned for the CU Boulder campus. OIT no longer supports the software and requires the removal of the software in order to adhere to Spirion's expired end-user license agreement. This tutorial shows how to remove the software on Windows computers using OIT's uninstall package.

Step 1

Close the Spirion or Identity Finder client software if you have it running. Open the CU Boulder Spirion Removal Tool.

Note: If you need to, visit the Spirion service page to download the uninstall package.

Step 2

Enter administrator-level credentials if needed, then click Install.

Step 3

The removal tool will go through several steps while uninstalling the software.

Step 4

Click the Finish button to complete the process.
