Qualtrics - Update the 'From address' for email distribution

If you have a custom “From Address” set for scheduled email survey distributions in Qualtrics scheduled for January 9, 2023, or after, please update the from address to qualtrics_survey@cusurveys.colorado.edu. After January 9, this address will be updated automatically.

Step

Log in to Qualtrics.

Select your project from the projects tab

Select the Distributions tab from the top menu. 

Step

Select the Emails option on the left hand side of the menu and click compose to check the settings. 

Step

Ensure the From Address field is set to qualtrics_survey@cusurveys.colorado.edu.

The Reply-to Email will be populated with the account holder's email address by default. It can be updated to any colorado.edu email address. 

Please note: You can continue to customize the From name and Subject fields to personalize your survey.
