Step 1

Log into Outlook on the web with your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password.

On the top right of the page, click on the Gear icon to open the settings pane.

Step 3

Click General to then select Storage to see your current quota.

Step 4

At the top you will see your total free storage. Below that you will find a breakdown of your usage by type and folder.

Step 5

If you need to send large files electronically and are concerned about exceeding the Exchange Online message or account size limit, OIT recommends the following:

Large File Transfer: All faculty and staff are able to send files us to 20GB using OIT's Large File Transfer service.
Microsoft OneDrive: Faculty, Staff and Students have a 5 TB storage quota with 250 GB maximum file size in OneDrive (Please note: this is subject to change based on Microsoft's recent announcement about a move toward pooled storage). Learn more and start using OneDrive.
