The Office 365 ProPlus program allows current CU Boulder faculty, staff and students to download the latest versions of Microsoft Office software at no cost. All available applications (dependent on device) may be installed on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices. The desktop applications (shown below) are available for download using your CULoginName @colorado.edu and IdentiKey password on the Office 365 Software page (Windows and Mac OS X only).

For desktop applications on Windows and Mac OS X, open a web browser and go to the Office 365 Software page. Download and begin installing the software package. Once prompted enter your CULoginName@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password to activate the applications on your device.
To find available applications for your mobile device, you can search for the name of the application in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tap on the one of the links below to go directly to the application download location:
ProPlus applications are available at no cost for all current CU-Boulder faculty, staff and students.
After graduation, students no longer will have access to the downloadable applications. Students will receive a notification their subscription has ended and can choose to continue their subscription on their own, but will no longer be provided at no cost. However, any files created will be accessible (read-only) after the subscription ends.
Depending on how your device is managed, you should use a different version of the software. Follow the recommendations below for clarification on which software you should use.
For your computers and devices that are not owned by the school, you should use software available through the Office 365 ProPlus program .
No. It is recommended for users to have applications installed from either the Office 365 ProPlus software page or via the Microsoft Software campus license. This ensures that the installed applications have no compatibility issues.
If you are changing from one license to another, it is best practice to fully uninstall all versions of Office products prior to installing new applications.
You can install Office 365 ProPlus applications on up to five different computers, as well as five separate mobile devices.

No. As you made a consumer purchase through Microsoft, CU Boulder has no way to reimburse the purchase.
