Updated Tuesday, October 28: This issue has been resolved and IdentiKey Manager is working as expected. Contact the IT Service Center if you notice issues related to IdentiKey Manager. 

Updated Friday, October 10: OIT is aware of an issue for some users being unable to access their IdentiKey accounts. If you have an issue signing in, we recommend going through the Forgot my password process in IdentiKey Manager to restore access. 

Original Service Issue, posted Friday, October 3: 

OIT is aware of several issues due to the IdentiKey Manager upgrade earlier this week. We are working to address these issues and will update this alert as issues are resolved. 

The following services may be experiencing issues or delays: 

  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Aurora
  • Enterprise Directory (LDAP)
  • Google Workspace
  • IdentiKey Manager (password provisioning, account activation)
