Service Restored at 4:52 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2026: The issue impacting new installations of CU Secure and Eduroam has been resolved. Users can download the certificate from wifi.colorado.edu now.
Service Issue Reported at 1:41 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2026: OIT is aware of an issue where new installations of CU Secure and Eduroam are currently unavailable. Users who need Wi-Fi access should connect to CU Guest using their IdentiKey credentials until new installations are available through wifi.colorado.edu.
Existing CU Secure and Eduroam installations and Wi-Fi connections are not impacted and will continue to work on campus.
