Service Restored at 10:02 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2026: OIT has resolved the outage with classroom capture. Users should now be able to login and view recordings again.
Service Issue Reported at 7:27 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2026: OIT is aware of an outage with classroom capture. Users are not currently able to view recordings. Scheduled recordings will continue being created as normal. OIT is engaged with the vendor to resolve the issue.
