Service Issue Reported at 4:28 PM on 9/1/2026: OIT is aware of an issue where the ChatGPT Pro Model is not available for some users. OIT has engaged the vendor for support. Users can use other models (e.g. GPT-5.5 / GPT-5.6 Sol) as a workaround. The Pro Model may still be accessible via the desktop app as well.
