Service Restored at 11:09 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2026: OIT's networking team identified a campus firewall issue that affected network traffic. Following a system reset, DPS has confirmed that access controls are now working as expected.
Service Issue Reported at 9 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2026: The Division of Public Safety (DPS) is investigating reported access control system impacts affecting DDW, DUAN, JILA, STAD, STSB, and CHMP as of 9:00 a.m. today.
At this time, students, faculty and staff should continue to be able to use their Buff OneCard to access these buildings. However, some users may experience intermittent issues when presenting their credential.
DPS is actively working to identify the cause of the issue and assess whether additional buildings are affected.
