We have been receiving reports that some users can sign in by using a different web browser or by clearing the cache on their primary browser. Service Issue Reported at 8:37 AM on 3/27/2025: OIT is aware of issues signing in and accessing various services including Buff Portal, MyCUInfo, VPN, and others. Users are seeing various error messages when attempting to sign in. We are currently investigating the issue.
