Description
The Computing Center (COMP) data center will undergo maintenance between 6 and 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8. This maintenance is required to upgrade the software on the Cisco ACI data center network switches.
Impact
During the maintenance window, servers in the COMP data center that have a single network connection will lose network connectivity for approximately 15 minutes (see Affected Services below). Servers that have dual connections across two different switches should retain network connectivity (see Unaffected Services below).
Service owners are encouraged to confirm that their services are functioning normally after maintenance is complete. If there are any issues, contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357.
