Service Restored at 12:00 PM on 11/8/2024: OIT has confirmed the issues reported with Web Grading Sync tool in Canvas on October 18 have been remediated. Recent Web Grading Sync attempts have been submitted successfully and without error.
Service Issue Reported at 5:50 PM on 10/18/2024: OIT is aware that instructors submitting grades for 8-week courses are receiving error messages via the Web Grading Sync tool in Canvas. Grades may still be syncing despite the error. If grades do not sync, we recommend an alternative grade load option: https://oit.colorado.edu/tutorial/canvas-export-gradebook-web-grading until the issue is resolved.
