Service Restored on 10/14/2024 at 8:35 PM: The server for the main call center has been rebooted and contact center functionality restored.
Service Issue Updated on 10/14/2024 at 10:04 AM: The Voice Services Team has escalated the issue to our vendor. In the meantime, we are in the process of building the AA's in the Teams environment, which we have tested and seems to be a workaround until the issue is resolved in the Enghouse contact center environment.
Service Issue Reported on 10/14/2024 at 7:37 AM: Some callers are unable to be routed to a contact center when there is an auto attendant beforehand. We are currently working with the vendor and will resolve this as soon as possible.
