Update: Due to the CU Boulder administrative weather closure, the ITSC will have limited email support for Thursday, December 22 - Friday, December 23, to ensure that alumni requests for temporary Google access can be addressed by the 5:00 pm deadline on December 23. Buff Techs will be closed for these days.
OIT will be closed alongside CU Boulder academic and administrative offices from Saturday, December 24 - Sunday, January 1, 2023. Accordingly, OIT’s support resources will have the following staffing and business hours changes:
IT Service Center
The IT Service Center will be closing early on Friday, December 23 at 5:00pm, and will be closed from Saturday, December 24 - Sunday, January 1. Contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357, or email oithelp@colorado.edu.
Buff Techs
The Buff Techs virtual appointments as well as its main location in the CASE building will be closed from Saturday, December 24 - Sunday, January 1. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs.
The Buff Techs Norlin location will be closed starting Thursday, December 15. This location will reopen for the spring 2023 semester on Monday, January 9.
Dedicated Desktop Support
OIT’s Dedicated Desktop Support service will be closed Saturday, December 24 - Sunday, January 1.
Visit the OIT Support page for self service resources during the break. Normal business hours for the IT Service Center, Buff Techs in the CASE building, and all of OIT will resume on Monday, January 2, 2023.
