The IT Service Center and OIT’s Learning Spaces Technology team will be open with extended hours to support campus during finals week. The schedule is as follows:
- Saturday, December 16: 7:30am - 8:00pm
- Sunday, December 17: 1:30pm - 8:00pm
- Monday, December 18: 7:30am - 8:00pm
- Tuesday, December 19: 7:30am - 8:00pm
- Wednesday, December 20: 7:30am - 8:00pm

Winter break hours and support
OIT will be closed alongside CU Boulder academic and administrative offices from Saturday, December 23 - Monday, January 1, 2024. Accordingly, OIT’s support resources will have the following staffing and business hours changes:
IT Service Center
The IT Service Center will close early on Thursday, December 21 and Friday, December 22 at 5:00pm, and will be closed from Saturday, December 23 - Monday, January 1. During this closure, emails and calls into the ITSC will not be answered, and support cases will not be worked on by OIT staff until after January 1. If you are enrolled in Continuing Education’s wintermester, please be sure to check your access to your courses in Canvas before December 23.
The week after winter break, January 2 - 5, the IT Service Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, January 8.
Buff Techs
The Buff Techs virtual appointments as well as its main location in the CASE building will be closed from Saturday, December 23 - Monday, January 1. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs.
The Buff Techs Norlin location will be closed starting Thursday, December 21. This location will reopen for the spring 2024 semester on Monday, January 8.
Dedicated Desktop Support
OIT’s Dedicated Desktop Support service will be closed Saturday, December 23 - Monday, January 1.
Additional Buff Techs and DDS closure
Dedicated Desktop Support and Buff Techs will be closed from 1 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 14 for a Holiday Employee Appreciation Event.
